Hello! I’m Nicole, your go-to Outplacement Consultant with a love for storytelling and a knack for diving into the details of people’s careers. I believe if I’m asking my clients to share their stories, it’s only fair I share a bit of mine too.
My journey began back in high school at Brumby’s Bakery, slinging bread, and since then, I’ve had some wild roles—think telemarketing for a pizza company and running a balloon stall at a 90s show.
When I’m not writing resumes, you’ll find me spending time with my kids, Indiana and Nebraska, and our rescue dog Coco, who, as it turns out, is a mix of 23 breeds. I have a background in criminology from Griffith University, a few islands I’ve called home, and a teapot collection that just keeps growing.
I’ve also spent many years in employment services, where I developed a passion for helping people put their best foot forward.
