- Two Page Selection Criteria/Government Application
"Nicole Coggan has prepared my selection criteria for the past four positions I've applied for and I got through the interview process and got each job. Two of these positions were for local government, and Nicole adapted the legislation details without any fuss. I would thoroughly recommend Nicole and her consultancy business to new job seekers right through to those who are pursuing executive positions.” Andrew R.

Selection Criteria Challenge? No Problem.
I have the solution
My guess is that you came here because you HATE selection criteria and are wondering how to craft a response that gets you an interview.
First up – you’re not alone in thinking that selection criteria is a massive pain.
In fact…………a long, long time ago before getting my foot into employment and recruitment, I agreed with you. I HATED selection criteria so much that I refused to apply for any jobs that required it.
Then I decided to enter into the employment consultancy game and had no choice in the matter – I had to write selection criteria for my clients. My job and ability to meet targets depended on it.
The funny thing was that the more I learned about it, the more I discovered that it wasn’t that bad and, in the end, I actually started to like it (which is how I became a Selection Criteria Writer but that’s part of another story).
My goal is to take the stress out of your application by writing your criteria for you. I created a super easy question checklist that pinpoints your achievements so I can write STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) based criteria for you.
