Nicole’s professional path took her through various roles in Employment Services, where she worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Max and ITEC. Her work in these roles, especially at the Darwin Skills Development Scheme, has had a profound impact, as she helped some of Darwin’s most disadvantaged individuals find meaningful employment. In 2012, after the birth of her first child, Nicole transitioned to working as an Employment Consultant for private clients.

A mother of two—Indiana and Nebraska—Nicole’s life is as vibrant as her career. She’s a self-proclaimed Star Wars geek, a passionate player of Dungeons and Dragons, and a dedicated (though self-admittedly terrible) indoor netball player. She loves collecting teapots and indulging in old Western movies, with "Streets of Laredo" being a particular favorite. Her guilty pleasures include competitive Monopoly games and cent sales, and she’s got a soft spot for the "Tremors" movie series.

Despite her many interests, Nicole is also a bit of an introvert, preferring the calm of islands and the solace of her sauna sessions. She spends her spare time at a co-working center (WOTSO) and dreams of one day starting a tiny house eco-village .

Her commitment to her work is matched only by her love for her family and her endless curiosity about the world around her.

Meet Donna Miller, a seasoned Resume Writer with a unique blend of administrative expertise and a passion for helping others craft compelling career narratives. Donna began her professional journey at Suncorp right after graduating from Harristown State High School, laying a strong foundation in administrative work. In 2014, she joined her Nicole Coggan Resumes as an Assistant, quickly demonstrating her aptitude and dedication, which led her to quickly excel in resume writing. She returned as a Senior Administrator and Resume Writer in 2024.

With a strong understanding of the nuances of resume crafting, Donna brings a personalised touch to each project, ensuring that every client’s unique skills and experiences are effectively highlighted. Her keen eye for detail has made her a trusted partner for individuals looking to make their next career move.

Donna is more than just a professional—she's a devoted mother of three adult children and a proud grandmother. Her close-knit family and rich heritage, reflect her deep connection to Australia. When she's not helping clients achieve their career goals, you might find Donna in St George or Cunnamulla, visiting her sons, both of whom are station managers. Her love for Australia is evident, with Darwin holding a special place in her heart, though she also cherishes her travels to Singapore.

In her spare time, Donna enjoys indulging in her secret love for Mills and Boons romance novels and the Twilight series. She has a soft spot for animals, having rescued a labrador named Suey from the tip, who became a beloved family pet. Donna’s nurturing nature extends to her current pet dog, Sam, whom she found abandoned on one of her son’s properties.
